IT Support Field Engineers Internship
CPI’s mission is to support businesses and professionals to improve their productivity and competitiveness through IT products and services. We partner with international firms in the markets of printing, digitization and document management, surveillance and security, retail receipts and billing and education.
We are looking for Interns IT Support Field Engineers to work as part of the company and provide technical support and assistance to computer users.
Are you curious and on the lookout for new software, updates and especially with Microsoft? Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and network problems users.
What you will learn to do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, analyze and problem solving of networks and IT equipment (Hardware / Software), computers and peripheral devices
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology
What we expect from you
- Studies in Computer Science/ Computing/ Engineering
- Good knowledge of MS office
- A keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of English language
